Ynke Ooijkaas benoemd tot lid juridische commissie IVR

Tijdens het recente IVR-congres in Frankfurt (15-17 mei 2024) is Ynke Ooijkaas benoemd tot lid van de juridische commissie van het IVR.

Ooijkaas: “Het is enorm stimulerend om in een commissie met leden uit 11 verschillende landen een bijdrage te kunnen leveren aan de wet- en regelgeving voor de internationale binnenvaart”.

De IVR, oorspronkelijk opgericht in 1877, is een uniek internationaal platform waarin nationale organisaties van de binnenvaart, transportverzekering en scheepsexpertise samen met individuele ondernemingen en natuurlijke personen vanuit deze sector uit talrijke Europese landen vertegenwoordigd zijn. Ook aanverwant zakelijke dienstverleners zoals advocaten, fabrikanten en scheepswerven zijn binnen het IVR vertegenwoordigd.

Ynke Ooijkaas appointed member legal committee IVR

At the recent IVR Congress in Frankfurt (15-17 May 2024), Ynke Ooijkaas was appointed member of the IVR Legal Committee.

Ooijkaas: “It is hugely stimulating to be able to contribute to the laws and regulations of international inland navigation in a committee with members from 11 different countries.”

The IVR, originally founded in 1877, is a unique international platform in which national organisations of inland navigation, transport insurance and shipping expertise are represented together with individual companies and individuals from this sector from numerous European countries. Related service providers such as lawyers, manufacturers and shipyards are also represented within the IVR.
